Current information on how the City Museum is affected
There is a cloakroom with lockers to the left of the main entrance on the ground floor.
Toilets, including accessible toilets, are available on the ground, first and second floors. Baby changing stations are available on the ground and first floors.
Prams and baby strollers are welcome in the museum. Stroller parking is provided in the yard and you can lock your stroller on a wire.
In the museum’s café you can have a Swedish fika or a meal. Café
You can bring a packed lunch with you and eat it in the picnic room on the mezzanine floor above the main entrance hall. You can also eat your packed lunch in the City Museum’s courtyard.
Booked tours under the museum’s direction have priority over tour groups with external guides.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed in the museum or courtyard/stairs.
Photography is permitted without flash and stands/tripods.
Please consider other visitors when using your mobile telephone.
The museum is equipped with free Wi-Fi. Network: StockholmPublic.
The museum does not have its own car park and parking in the local area is extremely limited.
