Tickets to programs
Tickets to our public tours, guided tours and seminars are only sold in advance; online or at the museum’s information desk. Tickets avalable via link on the program’s webpage, see the Kalendarium. Free tickets are booked in the same way.
Your tickets will be sent to your e-mail address so you can print them on your own printer. You can also show your ticket on your mobile. Each ticket has a unique code that is checked at entry.
Tickets are non-refundable.
If a program is cancelled
Buyers get their tickets redeemed. To get the refund, send an e-mail with the order number to the booking office, the order number is found on your ticket and reciet. It may take a couple of days before it appears on your account.

Half the price for children
If you are under 18, you go for half the price on many of our tours. In the e-service for ticket purchases, select the option ”Children” under Select price. Does not apply to fee-based family programs and special events.
You are always welcome to book a private guided tour in English. Available tours in English includes the historic Stockholm and the Old Town, The World Heritage Woodland Cemetery and visits to the City Museum’s four historically restored apartments. All bookings are binding and cancellations can be made 10 days before the designated tour date. If the cancellation is made less than 10 days prior to the date of the tour the cost of the tour will be charged to the visiting party.
