The entrance is disability adapted, with automatic door opening.
The museum is built on three floors and is accessible to those using a wheelchair or walking frame. The only exception to this is the highest level of the museum, which is reached via a steep staircase up to the Pihlqvist family home. Otherwise, there are always ramps available as an alternative to stairs.
Available on floors 0, 1 and 2. Baby changing stations are available on the ground and first floors.
Hearing loops are available at the information desk on the ground floor and the 2nd-floor auditorium.
