The City Museum tells the stories of Stockholm and of the people who lived here. The best way to expericene these stories is to participate in a guided tour.

Join us on a walk or tour in English! This summer we offer a wide range of programs, spanning from the hugely popular Millennium tour to historical and architectural tours.

Millennium Tour

World Heritage The Woodland Cemetery Skogskyrkogården

The Woodland Cemetery is considered one of the most importantcreations of modern architecture, and is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Founded at the beginning of the 1900s, the aim was to create something special, something original — a cemetery blending Scandinavian nature and architecture into a seamless whole.
